MaaS360 allows you to set up an Auto Quarantine feature on both Exchange 2007 and 2010 to automatically block new devices attempting to sync to your email system.  Admins are then notified and can choose whether to allow or block these devices.  Admins can also set up automatic rules to either allow or block devices based on any device attributes.
