The new solution provides organizations with real time data and reporting on desktops, laptops and netbooks, regardless of where devices are located or connected. Device Management View enables IT departments to proactively identify, locate and troubleshoot machines with problems, quickly react to inbound issues and better align IT resources with business processes.
