Fiberlink Details Dangers Mobile Devices Face and How to Protect Sensitive Information at the Philadelphia SecureWorld Expo

WHAT: Mobile devices are under constant attack not only from the known dangers in spyware, rootkits, bots, and keyloggers, but also from everyday communication tools, such as USB drives, e-mail, IM, VoIP and the Web. Each of these represents an opening for a hacker to exploit and gain access to sensitive corporate and client information.

Chuck Brown of Fiberlink will be featured in SecureWorld’s “Protect Your Flank: Keeping the Endpoint Secure” panel discussing the latest advancements and IT security tools available for IT managers. Brown brings his experience as an expert in managed security services for the mobile enterprise from Fiberlink Communications. Fiberlink’s network and data security services help organizations shield at-risk mobile workers against hackers, viruses, spyware, the loss or theft of laptops and other threats to mobile information.
 
Participants in this discussion also include Chris Farrow, director at Configuresoft, the center for policy and compliance and Michael Scheidell, chief technology officer at SECNAP. The panel will be moderated by Brian Gawne, senior manager at CTG Group.
